Brenda L. Hambleton
Chief Executive Officer

Brenda has been an innovator in the consumer packaged goods industry for 30 years.  Most recently she headed up the strategy, analytics, sales, account management, and customer service teams at ES3, the world's largest collaborative distribution network.  ES3 provides distribution services for large consumer packaged goods compaines like ConAgra, Kraft Heinz, Campbell Soup, Kellogg's, and Unilever.  Brenda helped architect both ES3's Consolidation and Direct-to-Store services.

Her work on the Direct-to-Store initiative was recognized by the Council of Supply Chain Management's highest supply chain award. She literally wrote the book on the new age of supply chain:  Customer First Supply Network:  Logistics the Way it Should Be. Her work as an industry leader was recognized in 2015 when she received the Physical Internet Pioneer Award.

Brenda started her career at Information Resources (IRI) where she helped develop the first national, scanner data sample.  She headed the advanced analytics team that built artificial intelligence tools to help brand managers make sense of the new data.  She went on to become IRI's Executive Vice President responsible for an $80 million dollar software development organization.

Brenda has given presentations at conferences and companies around the globe.  Her presentations are described as powerful and thought-provoking.  She has leveraged skills learned at MIT in her chemistry undergraduate degree to analyze information and using her Master's degree from MIT's Sloan School, she leverages the analytic insights to build strategic plans.

“You were absolutely incredible, I cannot begin to tell you how well received you were from the carriers and ES3 team members.  This was our most dynamic Summit thus far, and I know that it largely has to do with how you kicked us off.”
